Mr. Pranav Modi is a practicing Chartered Accountant with 12 years of experience across diverse profiles. Having previously worked with the Adani Power Ltd. for more than two years, he currently works with Horizon Biz Consultancy. Mr. Modi’s primary focus is on offshore accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance in the UAE, GCC and MENA. In addition, he is an expert at liaising, international trade facilitation, marketing, branding, business development consultancy, implementation, and on ground executional support. With a keen interest in startups, he has closely worked with a few Indian startups enabling them to raise funds.

She started her career at Amal Datt and Associates, where she worked for two years while simultaneously teaching Taxation and Accounting to CA & CS students. Currently, she leads Horizon Biz Consultancy in the UAE, providing top-notch VAT Consultancy and Compliance Services. Ms. Vibha is known for her extensive knowledge and expertise in taxation, delivering high-quality services. Additionally, she heads the Tax Consultancy Firm “M. M. Modi & Co.” in Jamnagar, focusing on GST consultancy and compliance. Her broad work experience encompasses Taxation, International Taxation, and Accounting.
